Yes. You can send samples for testing before purchasing. Contact us first to confirm the test requirements and shipping details. If we already have suitable samples, we can also demonstrate the process by video and show you the results.
Can I visit your factory or see the machine by video call?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our factory in Shenzhen and see the machines in person. Please arrange your visit in advance so we can prepare the demonstration. We can also show you the equipment through a WhatsApp video call or another agreed platform.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfers, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance orders and cash. Confirm the payment method with our sales team before paying, and check the machine details, shipping terms and payment instructions on your proforma invoice or Alibaba order.
What do I need to prepare before the machine arrives?
Requirements depend on the machine and configuration. We will confirm the required power supply and voltage, along with any gas or compressed air requirements. Some machines also need an air compressor or a voltage stabilizer. Before shipment, we will explain what is included and what you need to prepare locally.
Do you ship to my country, and are import duties included?
Send us your country, city and postal code so we can check delivery options. DDP shipping, including customs clearance and import duties, is available for some destinations. We can also arrange DHL, FedEx or other shipping options. For non-DDP shipments, you are responsible for import clearance and applicable duties and taxes. The shipping terms will be confirmed in your quotation.
